One of the things I loved most about walking around Cheung Chau Island was seeing all the seafood drying out in the open. The obsession on this trip to Hong Kong has been fresh mango mochi. We were lucky enough to try a few different varieties on Cheung Chau Island, which is famous for them. The best one was from a popular place that uses a quarter of a mango, wrapped with a thinner layer of mochi.
